Our delicious handmade canapés are immaculately presented and are easy to hold and eat in one bite. We suggest you choose a combination of hot, cold, meat, fish and vegetarian treats to accommodate different tastes. Naturally we’d suggest more substantial cocktail food for events taking place over meal times.
One of our popular options is interactive food stations that allow guests to experience a bit of ‘theatre’. And for a true touch of Sydney, why not compliment this with a professional oyster shucker. Your guests will be offered different types of oysters to experience how the flavours vary according to their particular source. Plus our cheese and charcuterie station has a Rolls Royce meat slicer to present our top quality cured meats freshly sliced.
