This special dinner will be hosted by Lisa McGuigan herself and will be a fun and interactive evening for the lovers of good food and wine. Lisa will be talking all things wine and showcasing 5 of her favourites including vintages from the Sliver, Blaec & Platinum collection.
The Chef & menu
Nathan Darling, Gunners’ Barracks acclaimed Head Chef has created a contemporary menu for the occasion to match Lisa’s wine. Sourcing only the very best ingredients you can look forward to enjoying such delights as Lanba & Semillon, Ora King Salmon & Sauvignon Blanc and Beef & Shiraz.
What to expect
On arrival you will enjoy a special pre dinner aperitif mixing a splash of Lisa’s fabulous Moscato, along with a selection of Nathan’s signature canapes on the terrace overlooking the evening lights of Sydney harbour. Dinner will be served in the dining room and includes amuse buche, entrée, main and dessert, 5 glasses of wine plus a mystery wine game.
